tm15 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full agreement between you ("the Player") and tm15 ("the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services available at tm15.vu, including sports betting, online slots, live casino games, eBingo, online poker, and any other gaming or wagering services offered now or in the future.

By registering an account on tm15, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited for you personally;
• You have read and understood these Terms in full;

2Eligibility and Age Requirement

3Account Registration and Security

Your account is personal to you. You are responsible for:

Accounts that show suspicious activity — including but not limited to multiple logins from different locations in a short period, or signs of shared access — may be temporarily frozen while tm15 investigates. We will contact you via your registered email or phone number during any such review.

4Identity Verification (KYC)

tm15 conducts identity verification as part of the account management process. Verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed, and may be requested at other times at tm15's discretion.

You may be asked to provide:

• A valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, or voter's ID);
• Proof of your registered address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement);
• Proof of your payment method, where required.

All documents submitted for verification must be genuine, unaltered, and clearly legible. Submitting fraudulent documents is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.

tm15 handles all verification documents in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for the purpose of verifying your identity and are not shared with third parties except as required by law.

5Deposits and Payments

All deposits on tm15 are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform does not accept foreign currencies, cryptocurrency, or credit card payments as a funding method for gaming activity.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• Philippine bank transfers (via instapay or pesonet channels);
• Online banking through participating Philippine banks;
• Mobile banking and local e-wallets.

Deposits are credited to your PHP balance once the payment is confirmed by the relevant channel. tm15 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks outside our control.

You are only permitted to deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that are not registered in your own name, may result in your account being suspended and the funds held pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the platform at the time of transaction. These limits may vary depending on the payment method chosen.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your tm15 account are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) to a verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. The withdrawal destination must match the name on your verified tm15 account — payments cannot be redirected to third parties.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms. Unverified accounts may make deposits and place bets, but cannot withdraw until KYC is complete.

tm15 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of any hold and provided with a reason as soon as reasonably practicable.

7Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on tm15, you agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be changed, cancelled, or withdrawn after confirmation except where these Terms or specific game rules expressly allow it.
• Odds and game outcomes are determined by real match results or certified random number generation, as applicable. tm15 does not manipulate odds or results.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout, tm15 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• Any bet placed using exploited technical errors, loopholes, or software vulnerabilities will be voided and may result in account suspension.
• Live in-play bets are placed at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation, which may differ from the odds shown when you began building your bet slip.

General rules that apply to all promotions on tm15:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered players only and are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice.
• Only one active promotion may apply per player per promotional period, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Attempting to abuse promotional mechanics — including creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account suspension.
• tm15 does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion at any time.

9Responsible Gaming

• Loss limits — set a ceiling on how much you are willing to lose in a given timeframe;

In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, tm15 may report the matter to relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any investigation. Funds held in suspended accounts may be withheld pending investigation or forfeited entirely where a serious breach of these Terms is established.

Players who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting tm15 support. Any remaining verified balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification checks.

11Limitation of Liability

tm15 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Planned maintenance, technical issues, and external factors such as network outages may cause temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tm15 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings or profits arising from platform downtime or technical interruptions;
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the platform;
